REFUND POLICY

Donations


All donations are non-refundable. If you made a donation in error, please contact us within 7 days at info@newenglandmusic.org.

All ticket purchases for concerts and events hosted by New England Music Organization (NEMO) are final and non-refundable, except in the following cases:

  • Event Cancellation: If an event is canceled and not rescheduled, you may be eligible for a full refund.

  • Event Postponement: If an event is postponed, tickets will automatically be valid for the rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend the new date, please contact us within 7 days of the announcement to request a refund or credit.

  • Technical Errors: If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us at info@newenglandmusic.org within 48 hours of purchase.

NEMO is not responsible for tickets purchased through third-party resellers or unauthorized platforms.

Ticket Purchases

We accept returns or exchanges for physical products within 14 days of delivery, if:

  • The item is defective or damaged

  • You received the wrong item

To initiate a return, email us at info@newenglandmusic.org with your order number and a photo of the item.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is returned.
